Production Processes
Our production processes follow the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, with each model adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for manufacturing and assembly.
After the R&D phase, new products undergo a pilot run, and once the results are satisfactory, the products move into mass production. Our typical process flow during mass production includes:
- Incoming parts/ components inspections
- Machining and stress relief
- Carburization or surface treatments
- Motor assembly and testing
- Body assembly and testing
- Tool assembly and testing
- Packing
In mass production, we begin with incoming parts and components inspections, Using a Just-In-Time management system, we minimize space for incoming parts, and after passing QA inspection, they proceed to machining and stress relief. At this stage, parts are processed using advanced equipment, including CNC milling machines, automated lathes, drill presses, vibratory stress relief equipment, and automated shot peening machines. Next, carburization or surface treatments are performed according to engineering drawings.
Air motors, critical to our tools’ performance, are meticulously assembled with specially made vanes in our dedicated motor workshop. Our patented double-air-intake motors feature special contours or chambers. Each motor undergoes rigorous testing to ensure full functionality before proceeding to the next stage.
Once the motors are assembled, the components are moved to the body assembly stage, where leakage tests are performed to verify integrity. Afterward, the tools are fully assembled, with each step carefully monitored to ensure they are defect-free and fully functional. After assembly, the tools undergo a comprehensive test to guarantee they meet all specifications. Finally, the completed tools are packed in designated packaging and moved to the storage area.
